For those of you who know me, know that I am a huge foodie! I’ll be the first to admit that I love food a little too much. I enjoy cooking for friends and family, but most of all I enjoy exploring and eating other people’s culinary creations. When I cook, I like to challenge myself on timeliness and limited ingredients. As a kid, growing up in a poor family of seven children, my siblings and I had to find ways to make our food go a long way. Making miracles from leftovers and not wasting food or ingredients was something that I would pride myself on. The conservation of food, energy and water is a natural part of my culinary lifestyle.
Being the big foodie (or fattie) that I am, I decided to create an Instagram (IG) of my favorite places to eat, new restaurant reviews, friends and family’s dishes, and from time to time I’ll post some of my own dishes. I like to focus on places that are local, economical that have great food and awesome service.
